disarmament, associations, universities and research centers.
Exchanges, Teaching
Subjects covered: Major crises involving States, Deterrence, Nuclear programs, Proliferation, Nuclear disarmament.
Depending on the question, the response may be a one-off answer, an alert, computer
monitoring or a short study.
All exchanges relating to the concept of nuclear sufficiency.
The lessons will be based on the content of Edouard Valensi's works, with the subjects
taught being updated. The lessons may be presented in the form of PowerPoint
presentations, possibly presentations, possibly with live commentary.
Universities, research centers: The content and number of hours of theprogram taught may be subject to prior consultation.
Military academies: The presentations are neutral and will not take sides onparticular situations. The content of the lessons does not commit France.
